We produce the highest grade white button mushrooms, renowned on the domestic and foreign markets. The weekly production of our mushroom farms is about 170 tons. The sale is conducted by HAJDUK GRUPA PRODUCENTÓW PIECZAREK SP ZOO HAJDUK Mushroom Producers Group Ltd. Our mushrooms’ customers are companies from over 10 European countries. Our specialist transport base ensures the adequate quality of supplies regardless of the distance to the recipient. Our products are packed in containers of different capacity, according to the needs and wishes of customers.  As a flexible company, we adjust to individual needs, therefore we can also deliver the goods in packages not listed in our database.

We harvest mushrooms according to the specifications agreed with individual customers. Almost every market has its own characteristics and therefore understanding customers’ needs as well as knowledge about what happens to the product after the sale are very important elements of success in selling mushrooms.

Depending on the market, we deliver mushrooms to the supermarkets, wholesalers and catering segment.

Our motto remains unchanged: mushrooms harvested today must go to the customer no later than tomorrow. The client receives our mushrooms within 24 hours of loading, which means that he receives fresh mushrooms.

Generally, we sell Class I white button mushrooms:

• pre-packed – weights from 250g to 1000g,
  film wrapped or with the so-called hard-tops caps
• bulk - in plastic boxes or cartons –from 1.5kg to 3 kg

CALIBRATION APPLIED:

• mini mushrooms - the size of the cap up to 30 mm
• small mushroom - the size of the cap up to 40 mm
• average mushroom - the size of the cap from 40 to 60 mm
• big mushroom  - above 60 mm 2 kg in the box
• open mushroom the so-called  “breakfast” mushroom - available in sizes from 55m to 140mm
