I AM LOOKING FOR A SUPPLIER OF ARCHIVING FILES

I am looking for a supplier of archiving files. A tear-resistant paper folder that can be written on with a pencil, as notes can be erased and reused. The folder, which does not slip and does not contain plasticizers, is suitable for archiving. By archiving I mean: We take files from administrative cabinets and pack them into folders. We mark the folders with a pencil on the left side near the fold: signature and year. 10 years since the documentation was last used - for example, if we created a file now, we marked it with the years 2023 and 2034, we would look at it and decide if we wanted to keep it and put it in the archive boxes. We only archive important files. This means that some items go to archival boxes and some are destroyed. The folders become empty and can therefore be reused. We are a company from Switzerland.
